How Skynet plays
Skynet counts. For every decision he enumerates what can actually happen next — every card that could still come, run through the same hand evaluator the game itself uses — and plays the line that wins most often.
The house rules he follows were written and tuned by us over real sessions: when to protect a made hand, when to break one, when a draw is worth more than a pair. When our rulebook and his math disagreed, we made them fight it out over thousands of simulated rounds and kept the winner.
There's no neural network in there, and he doesn't learn your habits between hands. It's enumeration and a rulebook.
What Skynet can see
Skynet never peeks. In every game he acts only on what a player sitting at the table would have: his own cards, the board, and whatever you've shown or publicly discarded. Face-down cards stay unknown to him, and he counts them the way you would, as outs and odds.
That matters most in Open Omaha and anywhere mystery cards are switched on. Your hand is public right up until you swap. The card you take back stays face down, and Skynet plays the version he saw.

Dealer's Choice works too, with one wrinkle: Skynet plays the games inside it, but he doesn't take a turn choosing them. Picking what everyone plays is still yours.
